When should I involve a builder?

Ideally, before you even have plans. Involving CMA Builders early allows us to provide real-time cost feedback during the design phase, ensuring your architect's vision aligns with your budget.

Do you work with outside architects?

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with many of the top architectural firms in the Chicago area. We act as the technical partner to ensure their design is buildable and on-budget.

How is the final budget determined?

We use a “True-Cost” model. Once design and material selections are finalized in Step 3, we provide a comprehensive fixed-price or cost-plus contract with complete transparency on line items.

What areas do you serve?
